This is definitely going to be a first for many people - staying in a cave hotel! When we first walked in to our room it was definitely a ‘wow’ moment! A lot of care was taken to keep the room being not only functional but also looking traditional/beautiful. Our room was very spacious (the bed was so comfy!) and our bathroom was huge, with a jacuzzi bath! The best bit was being able to open up our doors to a sunrise studded with dozens of hot air balloons!!! It was breathtaking. Rooms were cleaned daily which was great. This hotel is perched high up on a hill which is what makes the views so epic. There are various rooftop viewpoints situated at the hotel where you can take some cool photos of the hot air balloons each morning. The hotel also lights a fire on the rooftop at night so it feels really cozy - we often had some Turkish tea by the fire and admired the view. While we chose to explore Cappadocia on our own, the hotel does have lots of tours on offer and arranged hot air balloons rides should you need some help. Breakfast is wonderful - lots of choice and all very delicious! We also used their laundry service - I think it was 7 euros for 5kg. This was very handy after we’d been travelling for a while. I’d gladly come back!

The views were special, the breakfast was hearty and varied, the fireplace in the room was such a great feature which we used both days we were there (extra charge for extra wood);, the TV connected to our Netflix and as we traveled late November, it was cold and icy already so we felt very cozy and comfortable after a day exploring around... we ordered food in from an outsourced restaurant and although the establishment spreads from top hill, down hill (no elevators!), they found us easily and food was super hot! Plenty of outdoors seating, to watch the balloons early morning if you opt too, but was too cold, missed that. Might go back in warmer weather but our stay was really good, icy streets and all! Room had a spacious bathroom, with a bathtub that we didn't use but looked like some relaxation could be had, with a couple of jets to get that jacuzzi feeling. It wasn't necessarily a cave type, but we felt in a unique place altogether.

The room was absolutely amazing and exactly what we were hoping for. Really romantic, clean, and loved the decor/cave/combo/fireplace. We got the room that we were hoping to get! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were at one of the bottom rooms at the bottom of the icy stairs and the guy at the front desk (forget his name- but he was SO wonderful) carried down our bags and lit the fire in our room and just went above and beyond. The breakfast spread was huge and fresh and very delicious. The view and proximity to the center was great. We stayed for 3 nights and would absolutely go back again!

The staff and location was simply amazing. Its located at the highest point, gives an amazing view of Goreme. The reception took care of all our activities. We did not book anything in advance. The hotel has a private stair case from the hotel directly to city. It doesn't have a restaurant but you can call for food from outside and the staff will serve it in the breakfast room.the cave rooms are very authentic. The bathrooms are very spacious. The whole hotel has hidden corners providing a view of Goreme. The pillows weren't comfy. That's about the only "negative" review I can write.

From the very first moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I was even given a complimentary upgrade, and the room was absolutely spectacular, spacious, beautifully designed, and with an amazing view. The entire hotel offers breathtaking views and several leisure areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. And the breakfast... it's beyond spectacular. Words can’t truly capture how incredible the whole experience was. I highly recommend this place and would return in a heartbeat.
